UNI 11803:2021 fully responds to the requirements of Law 4:2013 on the subject of professions not organised into registers and roles and constitutes an important tool for the valorisation of all professionals operating in the 14 different profiles identified by the normative document. Obviously, the standard contributes to the valorisation of any organisation that internally has HR processes delegated to certified persons. The human resources function is an organisational area that over the years has acquired an important complexity and, at the same time, a strong relevance within companies.
